The whole whitening procedure is quick and easy. The teeth whitening gel is applied to the inside of the thermoforming mouth guard which is then worn for 30 minutes, during which time the Carbamide Peroxide cleans the teeth. After 30 minutes the mouth guard is removed and the teeth are brushed.
